【基本說明】：

芯式過濾器（也稱作保安過濾器）大都采用不銹鋼做外殼，內(nèi)部裝過濾濾芯（例如PP棉），主要用在多介質(zhì)預(yù)處理過濾之后，反滲透、超濾等膜過濾設(shè)備之前。用來濾除經(jīng)多介質(zhì)過濾后的細(xì)小物質(zhì)（例如微小的石英沙，活性炭顆粒等），以確保水質(zhì)過濾精度及保護(hù)膜過濾元件不受大顆粒物質(zhì)的損壞。

采用PP棉、尼龍、熔噴等不同材質(zhì)作濾芯，去除水中的微小懸浮物，細(xì)菌及其它雜質(zhì)等，使原水水質(zhì)達(dá)到進(jìn)水要求。

Basic Specificion:

Core filters, also known as security filters, are mostly adopting stainless steel as shell, with filter elements such as PP cotton inside. They are mainly used after multi-media pretreatment, before membrane filtration equipment such as reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration. It is applied to filter fine substances such as tiny quartz sand, activated carbon particles after multi-media filtration to ensure the filtration accuracy of water quality and protect membrane filter elements from damage by large particles.

PP cotton, nylon, melt blown and other different materials are used as filter elements to remove micro-suspended substances, bacteria and other impurities in water, so as to make the raw water quality meet the requirements of inlet water.

【結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理】：

芯式過濾器主要由：濾布、濾網(wǎng)、濾片、燒結(jié)濾管、線繞濾芯、熔噴濾芯等構(gòu)成。因濾材的不同，過濾孔徑也不相同。

芯式過濾器是介于砂濾(粗濾)與超濾之間的一種過濾，過濾孔徑一般在0.5～120μm范圍。同種形式的濾材，按外型尺寸可分為不同的規(guī)格。線繞濾芯(又稱蜂房濾芯)有兩種：一種是聚丙烯纖維---聚丙烯骨架濾芯，zui高使用溫度60℃;另一種是脫脂棉纖維---不銹鋼骨架濾芯，zui高使用溫度120℃。 熔噴濾芯是以聚丙烯為原料，采用熔噴工藝形成的濾材，zui高工作溫度60℃。 精密過濾可去除水中的懸浮物、某些膠體物質(zhì)和小顆粒物。

芯式過濾器利用濾芯的孔隙進(jìn)行機(jī)械過濾。水中殘存的微量懸浮顆粒、膠體、微生物等，被截留或吸附在濾芯表面和孔隙中。隨著制水時間的增長，濾芯因截留物的污染，其運行阻力逐漸上升，當(dāng)運行至進(jìn)出口水壓差達(dá)0.1MPa時，應(yīng)更換濾芯。保安過濾器的主要優(yōu)點是效率高、阻力小、便于更換。

Structure and working principle:

The core filter mainly consists of filter cloth, filter mesh, filter, sintered filter tube, wire wound filter element, melt blown filter element, etc. Because of the different filter materials, the filter aperture varies with the filtration material.

Core filter is a kind of filter between sand filtration (coarse filtration) and ultrafiltration, and its pore size is generally in the range of 0.5-120 micron. The same type of filter material can be divided into different specifications according to its size. Wire-wound filter element, also known as beehive filter element, has two kinds: one is polypropylene fiber - Polypropylene skeleton filter element of which the highest using temperature is 60 degrees C; the other one is degreased cotton fiber - stainless steel skeleton filter element of which the highest using temperature is 120 degrees C. Melt-blown filter element is a kind of filter material which is made of polypropylene by melt-blown process. The highest working temperature is 60 C. Precision filtration can remove suspended solids, some colloidal substances and small particles in water.

The core filter uses the pore of the filter element for mechanical filtration. The remaining suspended particles, colloids and microorganisms in water are intercepted or adsorbed in the surface and pore of the filter core. Because of the deposits contamination, the resistance of filter element increases gradually with the increasing of water-making time. When the pressure difference between inlet and outlet reaches 0.1 MPa, the filter element should be replaced. The main advantages of security filter are high efficiency, low resistance and easy to replace.
