【摘要】 介紹了蓄熱式連續(xù)加熱爐在國內(nèi)鋼鐵企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀;深入分析了其推廣應(yīng)用的適用性、蓄熱室的蓄熱能力難以滿足生產(chǎn)要求、加熱爐運行中爐壓較大且易波動、自動化控制水平不高等問題;提出了應(yīng)加強在蓄熱式加熱爐結(jié)構(gòu)型式選擇、蓄熱室同爐膛耦合傳熱、爐內(nèi)氣體限制射流與自動化控制等方面的研究,不斷改善其不足,推動其發(fā)展。
【英文摘要】 The application of regenerative continuous reheating furnace in steel corporation of China is briefly described.The problems of regenerative flame furnace in engineering have been analyzed,such as use applicability on generalization and application,deficiency of heat storage capacity on regenerator,high and fluctuant pressure of furnace,low computer controlling levels.More attention will be paid to the study on reasonable choice in structure,coupling of heat transfer on regenerator and furnace chamber,influ...
