【摘要】 文章介紹了陰極保護(hù)技術(shù)的原理,對(duì)原油儲(chǔ)罐底板腐蝕原因進(jìn)行了分析,并介紹了陰極保護(hù)技術(shù)在3臺(tái)10 dam~3原油儲(chǔ)罐的應(yīng)用情況。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,陰極保護(hù)技術(shù)可以有效阻止儲(chǔ)罐底板的腐蝕。對(duì)確保大型儲(chǔ)罐安全長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行既簡(jiǎn)單方便又經(jīng)濟(jì)有效。
【英文摘要】 The principles of cathode protection are described.The causes of corrosion of the bottom plates of crude oil tanks are analyzed and the application of cathodic protection technology on three 100,000m3 crude oil tanks is introduced.The commercial application shows that the cathodic protection can effectively control the bottom plate corrosion and is a cost-effective measure for the safe long-term operation of large storage tanks.
