2020年1-7月，俄羅斯HDPE總產量達到104萬噸，上年同期為56.4萬噸。俄羅斯最大的HDPE生產商ZapSibNeftekhim占據了俄羅斯HDPE產量增長的主要部分，因為7月份該公司在進行定期維護后提高了產能利用率。7月份ZapSibNeftekhim的HDPE產量達到7.46萬噸，遠高于6月的3.3萬噸，因停產兩周進行檢修。今年前7個月該公司的HDPE總產量約為468,000噸。

7月份俄羅斯Kazanorgsintez減少了HDPE的產量，優(yōu)先生產線性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)，產量為41,500噸，而一個月前為42,600噸。

HDPE production in Russia up by 84% in Jan-Jul 2020

Russia’s production of high density polyethylene (HDPE) totalled 1,040,000 tonnes in the first seven months of 2020, up by 84% year on year, according to MRC’s ScanPlast report.

Total July HDPE production in Russia was 147,500 tonnes, compared to 114,400 tonnes a month earlier.

Overall HDPE output reached 1,040,000 tonnes in January-July 2020, compared to 564,500 tonnes a year earlier.

ZapSibNeftekhim – the country’s largest producer – accounted for the main increase in the output, by raising capacity utilisation after undertaking scheduled maintenance in July.

ZapSibNeftekhim produced 74,600 tonnes last month versus 33,000 tonnes in June, due to a two-week shutdown for a turnaround. The plant’s overall production totalled about 468,000 tonnes over the stated period.

Kazanorgsintez reduced its HDPE production in July in favour of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), the total production was 41,500 tonnes, compared to 42,600 tonnes a month earlier. The plant’s overall HDPE output reached 312,600 tonnes in the first seven months of 2020, down by 2% year on year.

Stavrolen shut down some of its HDPE production capacities last month due to technical issues, the total production was 22,800 tonnes versus 27,500 tonnes in June. The plant’s overall output totalled 186,700 tonnes in January-July 2020, up by 2% year on year.

Gazprom neftekhim Salavat reduced its capacity utilisation in July, and the plant’s HDPE production dropped to 8,700 tonnes from 11,300 tonnes a month earlier.
