據(jù)3月22日offshore energy消息：石油部石油規(guī)劃和分析小組(PPAC)的月度數(shù)據(jù)顯示，印度2月液化天然氣進(jìn)口量達(dá)到28.1億立方米。較2020年同期下降20.2%。

但是，由于PPAC報告稱2021年1月LNG進(jìn)口量為24億立方米，環(huán)比進(jìn)口量有所增加。

2020年4月至2021年2月財年，累計進(jìn)口量達(dá)到298.8億立方米。與去年同期相比下降3.3%。

在本報告所述期間，液化天然氣進(jìn)口價格從2020年的9億美元下滑至8億美元。累計進(jìn)口額從去年同期的88億美元大幅下滑至目前的66億美元。

印度目前通過六個液化天然氣進(jìn)口終端進(jìn)口冷凍燃料，總?cè)萘繛?250萬噸。

據(jù)PPAC稱，這些設(shè)施的使用率仍然相對持平。Petronet液化天然氣公司的Dahej液化天然氣終端以93.6%的產(chǎn)能運營。

殼牌500萬噸的Hazira液化天然氣終端以83.4%的產(chǎn)能運營，而Dabhol液化天然氣設(shè)施以64.9%的產(chǎn)能運營。

Kochi液化天然氣設(shè)施的產(chǎn)能為17.0%，印度石油Ennore設(shè)施的產(chǎn)能為12%，GSPC的Mundra工廠的產(chǎn)能為36.1%。

縱觀2月份印度國內(nèi)天然氣產(chǎn)量，上月下降1.4%，至23億立方米。

India’s February LNG imports dip

Data from the oil ministry’s Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell monthly report shows that February LNG imports reached 2.81 billion cubic meters. This is a 20.2 percent drop compared to the corresponding month in 2020.

Month-on-month imports, however, increased as PPAC reported LNG imports of 2.40 billion cubic meters in January 2021.

For the fiscal year from April 2020 to February 2021, cumulative imports have reached 29.88 billion cubic meters. This is a 3.3 per cent slip when compared to the corresponding period last year.

The price of LNG imports slipped from $0.9 billion in 2020 to $0.8 billion during the month under review.

The value of cumulative imports during the fiscal year from April to February slipped significantly from $8.8 billion in the corresponding period last year to $6.6 billion currently.

India currently imports chilled fuel via six LNG import terminals with a combined capacity of 42.5 million tonnes.

According to PPAC, utilization of these facilities remained relatively flat. Petronet LNG’s Dahej LNG terminal operated at 93.6 percent capacity.

PPAC data shows that Shell’s 5 mtpa Hazira LNG terminal operated at 83.4 percent capacity while the Dabhol LNG facility operated at 64.9 per cent.

Kochi LNG facility was at 17.0 percent, Indian Oil’s Ennore facility operated at 12 percent while GSPC’s Mundra plant operated at 36.1 per cent capacity.

Looking at India’s domestic natural gas production for the month of February, it dropped 1.4 per cent last month to 2.30 billion cubic meters.
